Halflife will show any map in the list as long as the .bsp file is in the maps directory.

If I made a file in notepad and renamed it to test.bsp it would show up in the list. Wouldnt work mind you :)

Didn’t work for me either the stupid setup put a Svencoop folder in the Svencoop folder. :p Just extract the files right out if you have one extra Svencoop folder there.

lmao....u are supposed to extract it to the hl directory since it already has a svencoop root :p

Maps shoudl just come as zip's tbh, having loads of uninstall in Add/Remove Programs is annoying. Also creates problems like this.

Don’t be so cocky! I just pressed next since it's supposed to automatically detect where to put it in the first place!
I knew what had happened, so it isn’t much to laugh at anyway!

It doesnt detect anything. The default IIRC is c:\sierra\Half-Life\

If you use steam you just change that to something like.

c:\program files\steam\steamapps\half-life\

Well, nope I have booth half-life and Steam and it installed it on my C:/steam/Apps/etc...
But... It installed it one step wrong since it created Svencoop folder in the Svencoop folder. :p
It automatically install RE1 where the last installed Svencoop copy are.
