In C-Media Mixer set the WAV-Input record percentage to maximum.
Then play sounds or music while holding down your talk key.
You may download C-Media Mixer if you do not have it. (It is free)
Google is your friend. :3

Depends on what sound card you have, or sound chip on your motherboard.

Most sound cards have this ability.

1.) Go to the "Sounds and Audio Devices" control panel.
2.) "Audio" tab.
3.) "Volume" under "Sound Recording".
4.) "Options" menu, click on "Properties".
5.) Double check that "Recording" is selected under "Adjust Volume for".
6.) Check all the boxes under "Show the following volume controls:".
7.) Click "OK".
8.) Find a volume slider for something like "Stereo Mix" or "Wave" or "WAV-Input" or similar, click "Select" under it and adjust the volume to about 3/4th of the way up. You dont want to "Select" things like CD Audio, or Aux, or Line In, or Microphone.
9.) ????
10.) Profit!!!

As long as people listening think it sounds okay.
