I read a couple reviews of this on the internet. I heard it was crap and the free replacement brush things is a scam (shipping & handling is charged). How is the toothbrush/tongue cleaner/flosser?

Do you live in the U.S.? It could be a U.S. only product, I'm not sure.

No idea what he said but, its better to go to the store and get one of those vibrating toolbrushes that take 2 AA battiers for $5 than spend $60+ on something that has to be shipped. I have one of those vibrating toothbrushes and am very satisfied with it.

ultra sonic brushes are different . they use sonic waves to get dirt off your teeth rather than brush them off with the plastic fibers .
theyre also really addictive cos it feels so good .

Ya but to prevent the enamel from being ripped off yo teeth, you constantly need to use toothpaste.
