I'm starting this thread for people to post maps they've tested from 4.8 and it will be updated.

Most of the maps work fine on listen or playing with few players. You'll need high player count to trigger freeze/crashes.

loz1_forest - triggering a deku baba can cause a crash (but not always?)
loz2_tree - no crash, but monsters were glitchy (spawning multiples in-place or before they were triggered)

4ways - super random crash for client. Sometimes on map-load, sometimes opening doors.
hostage, hgrunt2 - immediate crash on load with some error that wasn't logged, however I swear I saw CAssertion xxxxxx error just before the crash.
crisis2 (5.0.2) - FATAL ERROR (shutting down): ED_LoadFromFile: found ?when expecting { <- sounds like problem of the map itself. But it didn't crash in 5.0.1 until now...

I also did notice in loz2_tree when there's a lot of players, threes a high chance the first web below does not light on fire. Had to noclip a few times to help people out.

Ok, I'll put that on my list. I have a feeling these maps might need a recompile or their entity systems remade. The deku sticks would work a lot better as an inventory item or something.

those maps aren't part of 4.8??, and some of those are 5.0 official maps.

If there is a reliable way to cause a crash, describe it in detail so we can reproduce it. That will go a long way to figuring out why it's breaking.

Bumping this thread. sc_trapped1 loaded in and it crashed. I didn't get a error just froze and died. Misfire might beable to see.
. But please post here to keep it all in one spot. 5.0.2

leprechaun1 now crashes on PlayerPutInServer (5.0.2)
