In the command line, add the parameter -port 27016 to your command line shortcut. The link below can help you with most of your server questions. Moved to Server Hole.

what do u mean command line thing do u mean my shortcut to svencoop (my cs retail shortcut)??

Should i just put it in here?

D:\Games\Sierra\Counter-Strike\cstrike.exe -console

Thats my shortcuts Target

So should i put the -port 27016 at the end of it making it this

D:\Games\Sierra\Counter-Strike\cstrike.exe -console -port 27016

Would that be right?

no .
go to start menu , run .

D:\Games\Sierra\Counter-Strike\hlds.exe -game svencoop -port 27016 +map osprey

thatll run a dedicated server for svencoop starting on map osprey .
for counter strike running dust2 .

D:\Games\Sierra\Counter-Strike\hlds.exe +map de_dust2 -port 27016 .

I just put -port 20716 in the shortcut target and it worked.
