I'm trying to give SC animations to a npc from another Half Life based game so I can make it into a player model and I do everything right but when I hit compile with new SC animations it says at the end of the process:

EDIT: Here is the whole QC-file contained inside the model. Do I need to replace something more instead just the animation sequences?
