    BCM v1.2 (Big Coop Map v1.2)

    Because nobody is answering I had opened a new thread.
    I hope that I get now suggestion how this version
    of my map is.


    So...there is the new version of my map.

    I hope it work properly.


    Now this are 2 map files because when I get the Out of sfx_t
    error than only in the first section. So when you get the error
    you can skip the first section. But I hope that the error never
    comes again. When I played the map I didn't get the error
    yet.....but I don't trust them.

    And sorry. I can't write what I have changed because.....
    I don't know it ........
    ..................

    When you will you can download the old version, too.
    But you can have only one version installed.

    Nice!

    Played great on Steam. Liked the changes.

    Edit: Saw that texture error too but doesn't seem to affect game play I just went around to the left of it.

    Need to check your map for holes, at the beginning on the mounds of dirt have holes in them.

    I didn't get a whole lot of time to check this map...

    Like in my last review/comments on this map,
    this is a fun and interesting map. Many suprises
    and lots of fun.

    Notes:

    I noticed you adjusted many of the textures for scale
    and alignment. Nice work.

    And I did find that texture error at the first part of the
    map near the two turrets. Looked like the 'hall of mirrors'
    effect. Missing texture? Or as mentioned above, a hole?
    Maybe delete the mound and replace it with a dumpster to
    test if it is the mound or something else?


    The first map seems to end abruptly. Maybe add a cut scene
    showing the large door opening after the button is pushed.
    That would allow a little bit more transition feeling to the
    end of that map.

    Second map: The helicopter did not drop more soldiers
    down into the map after the first ones were killed.
    I think I remember from the last version, the soldiers kept
    coming until the heli was destroyed...

    Very fun and different map. This will take more than
    one play through to check out all of the map.

    NEW VERSION (v1.2)

    So here it is....the new version of my map.

    No I have rescaled again some textures
    and...yeah...the Osprey is working fine again
    And I have done some other stuff like triggering
    turrets and so on....

    I think that it's now heavyer to get through.

    So try the map and, please, give me your opinion how
    the map now is.....

    Played 1.0 a while ago but the newer version do not feature too much changes, just some bug fixes and a new ending. Too bad you didn't try to use some new styles of architecture and get your texturing right. Back in 1.9 this would be a good map but we live by a higher standard now. It's fun to play but it just can't keep up with the new maps.

    I just took a picture right at the start with some suggestions you could make. Most of the suggestions count for the rest of the map too so it's not just comments on this spot.

    And you're right...I will try new
    styles of architectures.

    @ Antika: I don't know why you can't download
    the map. As I tested it...yet...it worked without
    errors.

    Not sure if it's just me but I didn't notice anything different from 1.1, the chopper still wasn't dropping grunts.

    BCM v1.2 (Big Coop Map v1.2) rmf Missing

    Due to formating, I lost my rmf and map file for this map...an I've only a backup from an older version.
    Dos someone know a bsp to map converter??? I know 2:
    BSPTwoMAP and the one from Botman.....
    But with this 2 programms...I got really....shit....

    If someone knows a programm......PLEASE TELL IT ME

    I do but I'm not that great for complex or advanced things. I can only do small very simple things for DOS. I bet your wanting someone to program you a decompiler that does it 100% perfectly without errors, or minimum ammount of errors. Heh.

    I know that this is very hard to programm, but......
    it gives certainly persons they want also have a programm such this
    (I think only on the others )

    Plus it makes it easier to steal other peoples maps and edit it as your own.

    Hm...your right...
    I've never thought on it.....
    It would be better when it gives no programms such this....
    Want be easy for persons like me if they only lost their rmf file
    but.....shit happens
