a tiny conversion

In the last 2 days I was converting all models I can to player models with sc 3.0 anims, the I came across this model, in the EFTD mod (escape from the darkness) ["credits"] and I thought it was very cool, but I can't convert it because my milkshape is out of date, could you please convert it?
it has this problem with the bones, just add joints
