    Sc_spacewar

    Hi all!!!

    Little training map. The space station was taken by monsters. Teleportirovali you on it, in an order to clean the station from monsters. At the Station am 4 control rooms in which bosses are with defenders, you must in turn put to death them. In every compartment to be computer which opens a next compartment. If to open cut off at once, not putting to death a previous boss, to play it will be difficult. The more best weapon lies in every new compartment. utillize compartments as shelter for treatment and rest. Good mood and successful game!

    Nice map. The only thing that I would change is the boss health. The initial boss has a little too much health and players might all die before they get to the shotgun in the level 1 room. I would add a shotgun and armor to the CFG file and possibly give them a different weapon once they get to the table with the shotgun on it.

    Also, 10,000 health is WAY too much for a garg. I think that 8000 would be better.

    downloaded it will get round to looking at it later, but from the views so far i'll probably put it on the snark cafe server later.
    [added 15/01] It's a bit small but a very nice map is now on the Snark-Cafe server.

    i loved it but too much health for bosses made it hard for me and my friend rofl

    screenies look cool and as theres used NS textures. Just havnt tested that map yet

    obviously ns textures, but who cares now.

    i do not understand the concept of this map, is this an arena? definately not fun with 2 players, and boss monsters have WAY too much health.

    Decently pretty on first glance, but that's all it has going for it. The entire gameplay premise is just super-powered monsters in a relatively small arena. The monsters are easy to avoid yet have so much health it just becomes a boring grind to rid them of their health. Overall it's the same type of map we've seen five years ago but with no real gimmick to make it stand out.

    The architecture is a good start, as is the lighting is passable, but your map has several minor issues that you need to recognize and learn to avoid in future efforts.

    Word of warning - the NS devs have apparently sued ppl (well I dunno but at least tried to get stuff taken down) for using their textures, because they take themselves far too seriously. However - I do know that some of the textures in the NS wads appeared in other maps pre-dating the mod, so you may be all right.
