    I had the medkits, I got them on discount from Sven's Cooperative, a bulk pack of 57 for $2.37.

    Great Work with the Sven Co-op 3.5 Teaser Trailer video it was great . keep up the good work and the game

    Just to make shure did you add where the guns shoot under water just knowing some ppl don't like it when the guns can't shoot under water. Only the pistol.

    For me, the lighting from the teaser held my breath and everything was else semi-awesome, until hydeph got crushed! Then it spiked back to Awsome again! And that monster that was stalking the team, I thought it was a shocktrooper at first, but shocktroopers don't behave that smart ;D I only wish the movie was longer, or, never-ending :S

    Oh yeah, and if you guys haven't taken the hint that the scoped mp5 isn't just for show in the upcoming v3.5........

    I've a couple of questions and one suggestion here, i hope some mod developer answers this as it has been questioned for some time.


    The weapons we can see in the screenshots, and other things, are replacing the HL weapons? Because I didnt see the original LD or HD weapons at any time, or is it just some custom models the team is using for individual fun?


    questions:
    -Will we be able to have NPCs that use different weapons apart from the bodyguard?
    -Will we be able to have continuations of old classics like extended, undeath, durga, grunts2, and others, or second versions of maps like osprey2?
    -This new thing that makes npcs be able to shoot while running...will imply having new models with modified animations?
    -There are rumours that They Hunger coop will be released along with SC 3.5 bronze, or am I wrong?
    -What will be done with the issue of friendly npcs that had been shot by players, that then attack players but do no damage. Will they be invulnerable when shot by players like the players do when shot by friendlys?
    -Have you fixed the medkit, so the idle animations do play instead of having it completely immobile?
    -Will older maps from SC3.0 work?Because with the new things, it seems that some are going to need a rework. For example: lets say some maps have this shallow water pond that players need to land on from a high place to continue the map, but now that 3.5 has this "the shallower the water and the higher you are, the more damage" and when players jump on the pond they get killed and theres no way to continue the map without cheating(using sv_gravity)

    If i remember more I'll ask


    now the suggestion:
    There's only one cool thing that was left over by all mods BUT Deathmatch classic, and that is the "strafe camera view effect". I think you all know this from HL beta. It consists in the camera turning to the side (right or left) when you are strafing. I dont really know how to explain it, English is not my foreign language.

    Will this be considered for 3.5?
    Also if it gets IN, i would suggest having an option or console command to enable or disable it if some people dont like it or the other way round.

    • The HD weapons that you see in the screenshots are most likely the final models, though I have heard talk of changing them to something else and fixing animations.
    • NPCs with the ability to carry multiple weapons will most likely not be in bronze, if at all. I have heard nothing on this ever being programmed.
    • Continuations of old maps would have to be created by the original mapper. Since most of the mappers are long gone, I wouldn't expect any continuations on them.
    • Running and shooting will definitely require new models and animations.
    • They hunger coop will probably be released with 3.5. I think it's finished.
    • The friendly fire system is still the same as it was in 3.0, for now.
    • The medkit has a different model so I assume the animations have been changed, though I have never noticed stationary animations for the medkit in 3.0.
    • I believe the falling into water injury is up to whatever is in the map CFG files, but I don't know for sure. As for 3.0 maps working in 3.5, if the bugs are fixed correctly they should all work without crashes. Some maps may not even start due to the amount of things 3.5 has to cache.
    • Strafing is currently the same as it was in 3.0.
