    r_drawflat / gl_wireframe in Sven Co-op?

    Is there a possibility for activating r_drawflat or gl_wireframe in Sven Co-op fpr game testing?

    Try setting maxplayers to 2 and sv_cheats to 1. If that doesn't work, repeat it again but instead of setting maxplayers to 2, set it to 1.

    Still doesn't work, "Can't set [...] in multiplayer"

    Then set maxplayers to 1. Remember that you can't adjust maxplayers while having a map loaded.

    Work's perfectly fine for me. You apparently did it wrong.

    Step 1: Launch Sven Co-op
    Step 2: Press ` or ~ to bring up console
    Step 3: Paste in the following: maxplayers "1";map osprey;maxplayers "1"
    Step 4: Press ` or ~ to bring up console if it disappeared
    Step 5: Paste in the following: sv_cheats 1
    Step 6: Type gl_wireframe 1

    By the way, r_drawflat is not a command.

    I thought you had to activate sv_cheats before loading the map?

    I set maxplayers in the menu, not in the console, guess that was the mistake...
    I don't know if I remeber it right, but I thought r_drawflat was this thing, which only worked in software-mode and colored the faces to see how they are splitted.

    edit: lol I can start it now with maxplayers is 1 but than I start in the air and die when I hit the ground xD

    I highly recommend against doing that. For some strange reason when you do it before loading a map, it will screw up Sven Co-op and none of the commands will work. It never (apparently) gets registered and then the command, in my experience, becomes functionless (a client restart usually solved the problem for me).

    You have to have a info_player_start in your map. info_player_start is used when maxplayers is set to 1, and info_player_deathmatch when maxplayers is set to 2+. Most maps will not have an info_player_start, and by default, if this is the case, you will start at the coordinate (0, 0, 0).

    just start sc, open the console, type

    map MAPNAME

    and when the map has loaded enter

    sv_cheats 1
    gl_wireframe 1

    gl_wireframe can also be set to 2 after being set to 1. Shows outlines of objects that the engine has to draw but that are NOT visible.

    edit: Never mind, hurgh said it. But yes, r_drawflat does work in SC. I've used it once or twice in the past.
