Frostfire Beta 1
This is the first part, the first boss of this map. Even though it's missing the second arena I have planned, the map itself is "fully playable", so I decided to release it in the Map Showcase forum. It's very polished and tested with 2-3 players a lot of times. There's no ending cutscene since the map is supposed to continue afterwards — the map just ends 20 seconds after the boss has been killed.
The entity system is so complex (about 700 entities in one room, most of them invisible) that I can't quarantee it to be bug-free, but I have made my best to eliminate as many bugs as possible. I also haven't tested this with more than 3 players, which is why I decided to release a beta. It would be greatly appreciated if some people could test this with 6-8 players or so. More is probably not recommended since the map is so small.
The map is supposed to be difficult at start, but will get easier after the players learn what's going on and how to survive and avoid the dangers. It's probably too easy with a big number of players since the boss doesn't have that much health. It should probably be inreased, but I don't want to risk it being an overkill before it's been tested with more players. More players in this map also means more deaths, so maybe it'll compensate...
The goal is easy — kill the boss who is standing at the middle of the arena. The fight gets harder when he reaches 50% health, and even more at 25% health. Watch out... for everything.
This map only works with Sven Co-op 4.0 or newer!

Known Bugs & Issues - Fixed issues will be in the next release.
- Fixed: If players get into Ice Prison twice in a row, the second prison takes a while to start, the player remains there for a few seconds before anything happens (the trigger_multiple had too long cooldown).
- Fixed: Time limit is a bit short for a low number of players (30 minutes). I forgot to increase it.
- Fixed: If you push against the corner of two moving ice blocks, you get crushed and die (fixed by using "-cliptype precise").

Don't know if I'm doing something wrong but I cant get the boss to appear. All I get is houndeyes.

He should be there from the beginning. Are you using SC 4.06? Or even 4.0? :P The bodyguard monster doesn't exist in 3.0.

The problem where they would crush players? Silencer told me that if I make the ice blocks as one concave brush each, they wouldn't do it... so I did, and it worked.
