    Four years ! and I still haven't beaten/completed it without minor cheating.

    Good fun and I look forward to playing it with some newbie's to SC in the future.

    RNG you will be happy to know Adam has taken on board your Water and Lava texture/tips for his latest and final version.

    Fast? It took years to complete this map... I started it in December 2007.
    When I said "fast", that was about the time lapse between my post and the final release, and I thought your project was dead.

    Probably going to play it with 3 mates tonight, can't wait!

    Ah okay.. I'd been meaning to finish it off anyway. Now I don't have to worry about it, and can get on with the 2 newer maps I've yet to finish the main design of. The only unfinished map I've got in the public now is my puzzles map, but I won't be finalizing that -- it's a terrible map idea.

    I've got 2 maps in the pipeline -- 1 is a non-linear walk-through like Polar Rescue, and the other is a fun type map.

    Fantastic map!! I have no complaints except maybe add more jump modules before the desert puzzle. Best part was the final puzzle I loved it so much, harps to the classic games where going slow and mastery is awarded. Played with the Podcast 17 crew of about 8 and it took us around 2 hours to beat... even figured out the admin password through trial and error haha.

    Glad you like it -- I won't be making any more changes, with the exception of game updates breaking map functionality.

    You could ripent the map server side to add in more long jump modules if you want, or duplicate the ones already there (it's fine to have them inside each other). You won't need to send the map out to friends either, all server-side.

    I remember playing this in beta 1, I tried it again before seeing this thread... the keycard wasn't there and the server spent about 30 minutes trying to find out what to do, damnit.

    Downloaded latest version and will give it another proper shot soon

    Hello, I have downloaded the latest version, tried both links, but I can't get it opened! When opening with dedicated server, nothing happens! The only thing which happens in console:

    num_edicts should be 3072.
    Also you must have plug-ins loading custom models. This map is very close to the useable limit, there os no room for plug-ins to load more.

    Sorry, was a typo, I have it at 3072.

    If You mean that I have plugins that load custom models, I tried with hl.dll and metamod-p.dll+amxmodx.dll

    edit:

    tried again with hl.dll, it seems I can host it when opening another map, then changing to fail-mountain, which didnt work last time

    There was little trouble downloading the map through my dedi server though, had to manually download the map.

    Seems like a funmap, now I just need to find out how I can host it with metamod + amxmodx

    What Metamod and AMXX plug-ins are you running? Please dump server console responses to meta list and amxx plugins.
