    Post Devious Trials, and other maps

    Here is now 2 images about my map, Devious Trials, which is a revised version of my previous map. It's still under development, dunno when will I finish this map, I have some problems which are againts me to finish a map.

    It looks good. I really like that you made the ceiling layered with pipes and beams. They make me wanna climb up there and do some pull-ups. :P

    How did you make those beams of light that rises from the platforms in the first picture? Is that pic fullbright? The ceiling looks a bit too bright.

    The first picture isn't fullbright, the reason why the ceiling is bright is those two stuffs with the fades and black cube things. Those two stuffs has a light texture inside it what you can't see on the image. Those emits light upwards thats why ceiling bright, and also screens and some vending machines also helps to make ceiling bright. but I think it's ok.

    Seems a new map is coming, a jumping one. Square run is the map's name.
    Just run and jump from a square onto a square, untill the finish, because then map will change.

    Here are some images, as you see map is extremly huge, and just made out of flat different colored blocks.

    Streamfox, can you fix devious_trials? It has a problem with the trigger_push returns to return the box from the laser rooms. The push doesn't move the box if it becomes stuck in the middle of the laser fields, thus soft locking the map.

    It has a better chance to actually remake that map. But honestly it is not on my schedule.
    Should have used trigger_setorigin(copyvalue didn't exist that time) to get the cube back.

    Do you still have the map source? We could easily fix the problems with the map if the source was available.

    I don't think so. Lost with my old external HDD. Anyway looking back to the map. It's kind of poop, it was a time when I was obsessed with func_pushable puzzles. Also that sweet w_poly count.
