Bad RGB spots in some patches

Very specific part of a WIP map, I don't think this is an intended effect...

There were only a few at the start, more appeared when shining a flashlight in this area. A few (dozen) "Overlapping faces around corner" warnings mind.

This could be caused by the .bsp file or the game engine. Are there any strange colors when you open the map with BSP Viewer?

Is it possible for fix solution? Delete file opengl32.dll or glu32.dll from Half-Life's Directory! If it doesn't work matter for game engine thanwe must submit to bug report into Valve Software.....

Do the "spots appear" if vis & rad are done -fast. (I have seen same or similar but can remember where or why.)
