    Multiple env_xenmaker awfully loud.

    1. This is not really an issue, but triggering multiple env_xenmaker at time sums up spawning sounds and makes them too loud. Spawn flag for "env_xenmaker" like "Disable sound" could be very good idea, mapper could make only few spawners emit sounds, or put ambient_generic separately.

    2. When target of game_counter is set to ambient_generic, the game_counter must receive 2X more input signals to trigger it UNLESS fire over limit is selected.
