    I fixed a counter-strike's semiclip to works with svencoop 5.0
    Original author : s1lent & joaquimandrade (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=250891)

    Windows binary compiled with VS 2015.
    Linux binary compiled in Ubuntu with GCC.

    Download binaries.
