Client does not download 0-byte MOTD .txt files

As the title says, and this can prevent the client from connecting the server.

For instance, if the server is running a map "blah.bsp," and has "blah_motd.txt" which is empty(0-byte),
clients will stop at "Verifying Resources...," thus not being able to connect.

Not really a problem as there are few maps that contain such 0-byte motd, and even if there are, one can just delete them.
But I just felt like leaving it addressed.

+ I got a feeling that this already has been addressed.
Is there a list of reported bugs to see, so as not to report same problems over and over again?

Same with every other resource, regardless of file type.

I already reported this, so its a known issue. No idea if any progress has been made on it however.

Dang, so it has already been reported. Thanks for clarifying, though.
