How to disable Donator Bonusses on Sven Co-Op 4.8

As the title says, how to fully disable donator bonuses on Sven Co-Op 4.8 dedicated server? Is this the right command?

I don't think donator benefits work on 4.8 anymore, unless you're one of the people with a hardcoded SteamID in the gamedll.

It should be the right cvar, but I don't know if it works or not.

The easiest way is just to null route gameinfo.svencoop.com in hosts or firewall rules.

and is it possible to make the opposite? to enable the donator bonuses for all players on a v4.8 dedicated server

It is possible on a LAN game. That would require all players to be in a local network.
