    Exclamation Scripted monsters hitgroups

    I tested that scripted Barney and faced with problem: both standard and custom hitgroups don't work at all. Any ideas why?

    Use default model? any debug output? hadn't try it on TraceBleed?

    Solo and KernCore helped with problem. Thanks to them. There was a problem with type of variable. TraceAttack expects a different signature of vecDir. Changing it to "const Vector& in" type fixed my problem.

    In example:
    Code:
    void TraceAttack( entvars_t@ pevAttacker, float flDamage, Vector vecDir, TraceResult& in ptr, int bitsDamageType)
    Fixed:
    Code:
    void TraceAttack( entvars_t@ pevAttacker, float flDamage, const Vector& in vecDir, TraceResult& in ptr, int bitsDamageType)
