    Post [SC 5.x] Skelepuncher

A player I modelled based off of a dancing skeleton puppet. Has custom physics-baked death animations, unarmed idle, mic talk animation, and a colorable variant.

Haha yeah its been a while. Thing is this has a much longer history than even seen here, the original version was modelled for source engine all the way back in 2013 for a cancelled TF2 map collab. I ported and re-purposed it for testing/learning a lot of goldsrc model stuff.

    What the 2013 version looked like: [ 1][ 2 ]

I really wanted to be able to recolor the bones instead of the gloves,
so I completely redid the color separation myself starting from the un-colored version and following your tutorial. Made the bones green and the shoes blue.

I think it turned out well! ... But the whole project took me 5 hours because I had to manually merge the palettes one color at a time every time I wanted to test how a recolor looked and tinker with it. Oof... I've desperately gotta find a good palette-merging tool that works on Linux, or break out a text editor or something.
