How do you create a BLOB?

I want to write a binary file, and it looks like the only way to do that is passing BLOBs to File::Write(). When I try to make one (BLOB blob;) I get "Data type can't be 'BLOB'".

It looks like the only function in the API that gives me a BLOB is File::ReadBlob(), but I get null from that function.

Edit: Not getting null anymore, but the read position is set to the end (ReadReachedEnd() == 1) so I can't actually read any data from it. There's no function to reset the read position.
