You have to use the "Master"-Keyvalue.
For that, use a multisource. My prefered method:
    Give the multisource a targetname
fill that as "master" for your trigger
add a trigger_relay: This one gets the relay as target, trigger state to "toggle".

Now you can trigger the relay anywhere and as much as you want to lock or unlock.
Master are locked at map start.

This works anywhere the "Master"-Keyvalue is available

Thanks Puchi, I make it work using the Master keyvalue and a multisource

I dont understand how to use the relay and what difference it makes

Multisources can, like the name already suggests, have multiple entities targeting it (in example two buttons).
staying with two buttons, the multisource then only fires it's target when you press both buttons together - this is how multiple button systems are made.
This behaviour however is not wanted when you want it as master and you have different sources to enable or disable. This is where the trigger_relay comes handy: It is the only entity targeting the multisource

Yes, as Puchii says, the relay is effectively a buffer to the multisource (master) entity. Say you wanted to control the master via several different entities, well if you used only the multisource then every targeting entity would have to be active at once for the master to activate, which is isn't convenient or possible often. By buffering or isolating the multisource using a relay, many entities can target the relay, but unlike the multisource, only one has to be active at any one time to control the relay (and therefore the master). It is the easiest way to target the multisource when using multiple sources of control, when only one source is active at any one time

Re: How to turn On and Off a Trigger_once or multiple

Well, a trigger_once only fires once. but sometimes you want it enabled under certain conditions, so a master is used.
for anything else you need to use trigger_multiple
