[Request] Roll The Dice Plugin

My friend Yuiko asked me if any servers had roll the dice plugins and i said no and i realized that only maybe Snarkcafe had one long ago, maybe someone could make one for Angelscript or convert one from MetaMod/Amxx for general use?

I could also be taught how to convert or make!

Give Player Christmas Gift Present Containing Random Weapon
Give Player Health
Give Player Battery
Take Away Health
Take Away Battery
NoClip for 10 seconds
God for 10 seconds
Kill Player with Explode Alluah Ackbar
Cause Player To Slow Down for 30 seconds
Cause Players Speed To Double for 20 seconds
Lower Gravity of Player by Half for 30 seconds
Cause Massive Gravity On Player (gib going down the stairs) for 30 seconds
Give Player A Glow/Trail
Give Player An Ally Monster that Follows or just Could Fight With them (spawn ally near player)
Cause Enemy Monster to Spawn Near Player
Spawn Medic For Player Near
Cause Meteor Storm Around Player (random explosions)
Give Or Take Away Lots of Score Points
Cause Nuke Everyone On Server Once (this can only happen once per map)
Give Everyone Max Health and Armor (only once per map can this happen)
Cause Random Monsters of Ally and Enemy To Spawn also Crazy Birthday Confetti or Particles/Models Spraying Everywhere For 30 Seconds
Play Some Random Music To All Players for 30 Seconds
Cause The Player To Go Deaf For 30 Seconds
