    Central Assault Beta 2

    Welcome back people !

    Central Assault goes into round 2. Spend some hours on this and here is the result. I think I can`t add anymore suggestions : I reached the texture limit .
    Look in the readme.txt for futher info.

    Ripped from readme.txt :
    Changes in Beta 2

    * Expanded map
    * 5 more monsters
    * New ending
    * Some new architecture added
    * Changed prematch-room
    * Double Scanners removed
    * 25 sec prematch
    * Megaavatar.wad no longer needed
    * Reached texture limit

    Ah.. On playtesting we found a annoying bug. Will be fixed in Beta3 !

    the red door that keeps closing after opening it is damn annoying
    we had to change the walk speed and run to the door =\
    and there wasnt a crate to block it and some other player cant block it because he/she gets mooshed
    that was damn annoying
    and when i got in a big battle i got the out of sfx ;_; , but the map is great!

    dude, use the -texdata switch to adjust the size of the texture limit

    Well, one player opens the door for the other and the other way around. Thats the cooperative part. When you are with 4 or more players this goes very fast.
    Never had a out_of_sfx on this map, but that will be fixed in 2.0 Final so do not care much about it.

    Mr. Chris : I used that, put on the highest value.. (250000) or something (above that it tells I cannot make the texture swapfile ) but it doesn`t make any difference ? What is the right value ?

    Can you PLEASE put this version on your server Mr. Magic, I can play about one level on ur server then a vote gets made and the map changes to cassault and I have to quit because 'my map differs from this servers'.

    Note this is BETA 2, the map can change everyday. I`m working on BETA 3 now.

    I thought this map was pretty good, much better than some of your other stuff(not that your old stuff was bad)
    I really liked alot of the architecture and I though the car park style area was great!
    The bit where the aliens keep spawning was a bit frustrating with two players. The area with the garg had some nice architecture and the teamplay elements in the level were good to. Overall a nice job hezus!
